SOC可饱和吸收耦合输出镜的原理
可饱和吸收耦合输出镜(SOC)的基本结构如下图所示,从左至右依次为电介质层、可饱和吸收体、部分反射镜、GaAs基底和增透膜。工作时左边为激光腔体,右边的增透膜作为耦合输出窗。
